Center for Digital and Learning Resources

The Center for Digital and Learning Resources was established in May 2025 through the merger of the Library Department under the former Department of Academic Affairs – Science and International Cooperation of the former Nghe An University of Economics, and the Library Department under the former Library and Equipment Center of the former Nghe An Pedagogical College, pursuant to Decision No. 244/QĐ-ĐHNA dated May 21, 2025, of Nghe An University.

The Center’s mission is to advise and assist the Rector in the following areas:

• Research and Training: Research, organize training, fostering, consulting, technology transfer, and develop solutions to provide services and products supporting digital transformation, information technology, information resources, and various information services for Nghe An University in accordance with the law.

• Digital Transformation: Advise and implement digital transformation in education and modern learning support activities.

• IT Infrastructure: Build, operate, maintain, and service information technology and online learning systems; operate data centers and shared databases while ensuring information safety and cybersecurity.

• Learning Resources: Organize, manage, and develop digital learning resources and traditional library materials to serve the University’s training, scientific research, and innovation activities.

The Center’s staff, with clearly defined and transparent responsibilities, are dedicated to their specialized fields and are always ready to support and serve the University’s training units, students, and trainees effectively.

The Center for Digital and Learning Resources remains a united and creative collective, constantly promoting its role in advising and implementing digital transformation according to the University’s strategies and plans. We manage technical infrastructure, maintain IT systems, and effectively collect, store, and utilize learning resources to build programs for training and developing human resources for digital transformation. Furthermore, the Center organizes the production and digitization of materials at Nghe An University, contributing to the successful achievement of the University’s comprehensive educational goals.
