Gen Z: Bold to Ask, Ready to Try, and Free to Carve Their Own Path

Right from the beginning of the program, hands were continuously raised, and a series of questions were asked regarding the choice of majors, post-graduation employment opportunities, and career trends in the new era. The 12th-grade students demonstrated high proactiveness and confidence by engaging in direct dialogues with experts, university and college representatives, and admissions officials.

Nghe An University (NAU) provided a wealth of practical information regarding its training orientation, high-demand majors attracting human resources, as well as the university’s 2026 admission methods. NAU representatives also shared the institution’s educational philosophy of linking academic studies with professional practice, focusing on skill development, and creating opportunities for students to access enterprise environments right during their studies.

Each question asked did not just display the curiosity of 18-year-olds, but also marked the very first steps in their journey of shaping the future. These included concerns about choosing a major that matches one’s ability, finding the desired university environment, or seeking career paths after graduation. All of these elements contributed to an open, intimate, and inspiring atmosphere for dialogue.

The 2026 Career Orientation and Admissions Counseling Festival was far more than a conventional program providing enrollment data. It truly served as an opportunity for students to gaDanh mụcin realistic insights into the labor market, career trends, and societal demands for future human resources. Consequently, students obtained a firmer foundation to make well-informed choices for their upcoming academic and professional paths.

In addition, many practical questions such as “Should I choose a major based on personal passion or social demand?”, “Is it easy to find a job after graduating from this major?”, or “What should students prepare to meet corporate standards?” were addressed specifically and straightforwardly.

Through the shared insights, direct counseling, and interactive Q&A sessions, students were not only equipped with admissions information but were also deeply inspired to boldly pursue their dreams. Many young students expressed that after the program, they gained a clearer vision of their favorite majors and began to visualize the path ahead.

The atmosphere of the program was vibrant, close, and inspiring as students enthusiastically participated in exchanging and sharing their future plans. For many of them, this was not just an ordinary counseling session, but the exact moment they began to contemplate seriously about their dreams, careers, and personal journeys toward maturity.
