Department of Science Management and International Cooperation

The Department of Science Management and International Cooperation was established pursuant to Resolution No. 09/NQ–HĐTĐHNA dated May 19, 2025, by the University Council of Nghe An University. Its functions and tasks are as follows:

Functions and Tasks

• Functions: The Department acts as an advisory and supporting body to the Rector in managing activities related to science and technology, intellectual property, innovation and entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and international cooperation. It serves as the focal point for organizing programs and projects in cooperation with educational institutions, research institutes, and international organizations both domestically and abroad.

• Tasks:

  • Manage science and technology activities.

  • Manage international cooperation activities.

Organizational Structure

The Department consists of 07 members: 01 Head of Department, 01 Deputy Head of Department, and 05 staff members.
